Although these posters present strong artwork, there’s very little attempt to reflect what the show is actually about. Unlike the season 1 posters, which were fantastic mini-ads for the 20s, this set doesn’t even try to have a concept. Perhaps the marketing team assumed Boardwalk Empire fans would return to the show no matter what.



































Where is the creativity?
These character posters are just lazy. HBO come back please. When AMC and FX are kicking your ass is design class 101 its a problem.
HBO has become a major disappointment these days when it comes to print advertising. Something has changed for the worst. Havent seen a good print image since Six Feet Under. WTF!!!!!!!!!
These look like CBS or ABC!!!!!! They are that bad.
